我蠻喜歡koko年輕簡潔可愛的設計，現在要全部轉到cube上，真心不適應，而且cube真的做的沒像koko好用

一直打不開帳戶系統顯示系統繁忙

沒事更新

沒事在那邊更新要重新輸入密碼，誰跟你在記網銀帳密，重設密碼的臉部辨識也有夠爛根本掃不到

用提款機轉帳才知道跨行免手續要到另一個app

人臉識別轉帳真的是糟透了！

可以改善加強一下人臉辨識功能嗎？

可以增加客服人力嗎？？

強迫視訊升級又無法接通客服很爛拜託增加人力每次打客服都等超久
