KOLEO

Używam Koleo od kilku lat i jestem naprawdę bardzo zadowolony. Prosta w obsłudze aplikacja, wszystko w jednym miejscu – bilety, aktualne informacje na temat trasy, opóźnień itp. Obsługa klienta również nie zawodzi. Byłem pozytywnie zaskoczony szybką reakcją i rozwiązaniem problemu, za co szczególnie dziękuję pani Paulinie K.

Ogromne udogodnienie w kupowaniu biletów! Jeśli coś się stanie, trzeba przenieść rezerwacje albo zrezygnować, pieniądze wracają na konto szybko i bez problemowo

Komfort , łatwość użycia , bezstresowe podróże. Polecam zabieganym z zagranicy na urlopach żeby szybko sprawnie coś zalatawic w wielu miejscach w krótkim czasie .

As someone who natively speaks Polish, I still use KOLEO as my partner does not (app has a very good English localisation). KOLEO gives you all the information you need when travelling by rail in Poland, and makes sure you get from point A to point B without hassle. To start off, Poland has a privatised rail system which means private companies run various train lines; KOLEO brings them all under single umbrella, and makes it easier to get a ticket for all of them, and also displays any offers available (such as Lower Silesia’s Koleje Dolnośląskie three adults travel saver). KOLEO will also show you what platform the train will be departing from, this is 99% correct but sometimes things go wrong on rail so make sure to check the departure boards! On KOLEO you can also check all departures for a given station, in case you’re not sure where to go next, and each train will have a little information next to it telling you whether it is delayed or not (can be common on Polish rails). Finally, you can use Apple Pay (thank you!), but if not you can use Polish BLIK payment system, or old school payment card. If you haven’t gathered it from my review yet, I highly recommend this app over its competitors when travelling by rail in Poland, as you’ll save yourself a lot of hassle.

Oszuści kradną pieniądze! Beznadziejna bezużyteczna obsługa użytkownika, aplikacja nie działa, sugeruje niekorzystne trasy i nie można zwracać biletów, omijajcie z daleka!!!!!

Eventually, there is an app where you can buy a train ticket without hassle. PKP website is a nightmare and I always struggle to buy ticket online. Now, with KOLEO, planning a journey by train became so easy.

A good and convenient app, but Apple Pay stopped working a while ago. If it’s not back I’ll have to stop using it.
