Love the App! The issues I have is "Pull to send" is buggy. Had to try it multiple times to work. Either make the button bigger or remove it since we'll still go through OTP. Another is the Activities page keeps on refreshing even when looking at previous info. Refresh is better when you pull down on the list. I'm on ios 16.3.1

Not usable for card payments

Worst Customer service - almost a month but nothing is happening. They kept asking for a TPIN sent to my mobile, but I always received it a day after. So the cycle goes on... up until now, no issues are resolved. Can't also do transfer, transaction history kept debiting and crediting double amounts from my account. Worst bank ever. If you do not want any hassle, please dont do business with them. Very slow and no course of action to solve your issues and concerns.

Bakit hindi niyo inaayos ang date sa TRANSACTION HISTORY. Nakaka inis kung anong date ka mag check ng transaction. Lahat ng transaction kahit last year pa yan. Same day parin ang date. Bwesit na app niyo. Mag close nalang kaya kayo at hindi niyo maayos ayos yan app niyo. Ilang beses na sa inyo ni report.

Hi, Komo. Please add a “delete biller” functionality when managing favorite billers, just like in EasyWay. It’s annoying for a biller to still be visible despite not paying it anymore via Komo. Hope it will be included in the next app update. **for reference - my device is an iPhone 11.

I don't know why this error happens. It just appears saying there's an irregularity and I have to call the hotline to access my account again because it's temporarily blocked. I called and they said they don't know why and have to reactivate my account so I have to wait for at least 2 banking days. It's a hassle especially when I need my money. Please fix this and hope this doesn't happen often.
