The App Konzertmeister supports orchestras and choirs precisely in this challenge.
In many associations it is common for appointments to be communicated via various channels: SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp or Facebook are often to be found here. This variety of communication paths often makes it difficult for everyone involved to maintain an overview.
Konzertmeister aims to provide a simple and direct way to remedy this - it offers its members a clearly structured schedule with a direct opportunity to RSVP with just one click.
This attendance information is immediately visible to the musical director, who is always able to observe the expected attendance status on their created appointments.
Thus, the leader knows at any time which rehearsal or performance will be well attended and can adjust their planning accordingly.

Super Verwaltung; klasse App!
Wir nutzen die App seit einem Jahr und sind echt begeistert! Die Übersicht im Register, die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten und die Funktionen sind sehr gut. Wenn eine Aufgabenverwaltung als neues Feature noch dazu kommt, wäre es klasse! Danke für euer schnelles Feedback im Support.
Kann alles, einfach zu bedienen, läuft stabil
Wir sind vor kurzem mit 50 Personen auf die App umgestiegen. Die Arbeit im der Vorbereitungs- und Planungsphase war in wenigen Stunden erledigt, der Import der User in wenigen Minuten, und die neuen User finden sich ohne viel Hilfestellung zu Recht. Die App hat alles was wir brauchen (und etwas mehr), läuft stabil und wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Wir nutzen das Tool in unterschiedlichen Bands. Einfach klasse, was damit organisatorisch alles möglich ist. Bei Fragen und Anregungen ist der Support superschnell und kompetent. Weiter so!

Ideales Tool für Vereine
Wir sind ein Musikverein mit ca. 50 Mitgliedern und mehreren Untergruppen. Seit ca. 5 Jahren nutzen wir die Konzertmeister-App. Die Terminverwaltung, die Übersicht über anwesende/Abwesende Musiker und Rückmeldungen über Umfragen zu sammeln ist mit dem Konzertmeister ganz einfach geworden. Auch die Kommunikation läuft fast ausschließlich über Konzertmeister. Wenn uns eine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit einfällt, ist uns das Konzertmeister-Team schon diesen Schritt voraus und hat sie schon umgesetzt. Wir möchten den Konzertmeister nicht mehr missen. Danke für Eure tolle Arbeit!
Dashboard
Das neue Dashboard finde ich leider unnötig und sehr unübersichtlich. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass es wieder entfernt wird. Auch weil ich ständig versehentlich darauf klicke, obwohl ich eigentlich sie termine sehen will.
Great App !
Can’t say enough about how helpful this is. Anyone organizing large bands / multiple bands can really use this app. The live calendar link to all appointments is alone worth the fair subscription price.
