Disappointed with the new app
I was the loyal customer of koovs from years but after they upgrade the app its become very slow to open sometimes it’s doesn’t even load also the rate of the products is too high more than Zara & Hnm .

App not in sync with server.
Not working
The app is not getting opened on my phone.
Unable to log in.
Unable to load through login page. The app is constantly loading and not letting me do anything. Sometimes it says not connected to the server. Every other thing which runs on internet is working completely fine.
NOT WORKING
The app doesn’t work.. It keeps giving pop ups of APP DOESN'T SYNC WITH SERVER
Fraudulent Website
They do not have a dedicated customer service department nor do they reply to emails too! My refund has been stuck for over 2 months after shopping from this website. Will never suggest anyone to buy from them, no matter what the prices are!
