Can’t get into my account. Password doesn’t match magically from last time, gets reset - and bounces me again. The watch band is by far the worst I’ve ever had and have had to retrace steps too often to find the watch. The scale is great, but can’t track what you can’t access!
Ok, I’ve only been able to get this app to sync with my iPhone about three times. I have the Kore health scale, NOT THE WATCH, and this app keeps trying to sync my phone with a non-existent watch. Why doesn’t this app recognize my scale? I think this is a huge flaw that needs to be address. What good is this scale, if I can’t sync my phone to view all the different metrics? For this reason I give this app only one star until this is fixed.

It doesn’t count calories burned I doesn’t record my walks or runs It always says time is too short. Even if I was out for over an hour. I thought it was suppose to measure blood pressure. Could of sworn I saw that in that add I bought this from. Either way, it doesn’t. The sleep isn’t always accurate. It does do my O2 levels, HRV, Heart Rate, and Body Temperature, so I gave it 2 stars.

I have had this watch for almost a year. Your notifications and call alert has never worked. I have emailed customer service since the first week and they keep telling me they have no record of me buying the watch. Also they just send you a email on how to fix the problem which does not work. Very poor customer service… would never buy from this company ever again. There was a time the watch would just shut off and would not turn back on unless you hooked it up to your charger, the watch would be fully charged. The only thing this watch is good for is telling time.
Many months ago the sleep data stopped working. Would not record anything. Opened a ticket and after a month of back and forth where they kept suggesting to reboot, they stopped responding. I asked for a replacement, they closed the the ticket. Useless.
I ordered bands and quickly realized that I entered a wrong address. I sent an email advising the wrong address and provided the right address. I have been charged for the bands but have not received them.
I question the accuracy of health data- sleep data chooses to not record the data, more often than not, despite setting the app to do so. If I hadn’t been gifted the watch, I’d feel ripped off
