This app by Kotak replaced the earlier one for corporate banking. The original one was working reasonably well and catered to most needs. This one is one of the crappiest apps I have come across. It doesn’t allow one to VIEW transactions beyond last FIVE!!!!! What the….!!!! I have complained on the app several times but no redressal at all. If someone from Kotak is bothering to read this kindly take corrective actions and enhance customer experience.
The older version ie before fyn app had better functionality Current version is not made as compared to older version

A five minute transaction with the previous app, now takes almost 25 minutes. Extremely slow when it comes to authorizing cms. Please work on it on priority.

User interface totally new and refreshing, but the FDR and FDR attached balance (i.e. FDR under sweep) not reflecting. Rest very good!!!
