Never trusting Kotak neo trading higher dp charges and lots of hidden charges please check ledger time to time unnecessary charges his putting in my account

Mutual Fund Details

Make sure no need to redirect to Mutual fund website everytime we want to see how portfolio is doing. You can just fetch data from there and show here. Also try to combine all investments made and realized and unrealized gains made

Worst app ever use

Chutya app h billul ,, free k chkr ne koi use na kre warna sari capital zero ho jayegi

Account switch issues

Recently I am facing issues with switching accounts over the app. It’s getting frustrating.

Auto login not working

Every time I need to enter my credentials to log in. Previously the auto login was working. But now it stopped working

Very bad service

Very bad service response very slow square off not working on time

Technical error

It was fine until last week, however it’s has some errors now. The available funds mistach, positions don’t square off at set price, it went to the price I set twice right in front of my eyes and it still did not trigger. This is strange. Very bad experience. The customer rep don’t know what’s wrong and it takes them ages to come back with solutions till which market fluctuates.
