the app it’s ok. the rest, more than good
the app is ok for what was designed I think, but there is almost not features, rather that check your balance. Most probably this will change. Kraken as a crypto currency exchange platform, it’s the best by far in many aspects. But this review was meant for the app. Edit 08/06. the original review of the app was 3 stars, but turned to 5 stars after the efficiency in communication of the kraken team, as they have addressed my original review and told me step by step how to generate the API key needed for trade from the App. and now I don’t have nothing to say rather than thanks for the honesty in your service and no weird hidden fees involved, and big thanks for replying to my opinion in such fast way.

Way better than Coinbase
New to this thing
So far so good. My deposit was not showing in the app and I went to the chat, after explaining the dilemma, I asked the bot to let me speak with a rep and Megan came right in. After a small review, I provided some missing information and then was given the correct way of making the transfer from my bank and provided with a link for more information. They are available 24/7. I hope this is the beginning of all smoothness.
Love the app but needs 1 more feature
I think your app is great, but there is one thing missing that a lot of other trading apps have and that is a way to easily see the average cost paid for a position. When I look in the history of the trades it doesn’t tell me how much I paid for a trade or even at what price, only the number of coins so I can’t even add it up manually. It would be very helpful to know what the average coat was so that I can see when my positions are in profit or not. Please add this feature in the next update! Or tell me if it is already in the app and I just don’t know where to find it. Thanks!
