Kraken Pro: Crypto Trading

I believe Kraken is the best platform for trading and the reason why, is because that the support center reply’s very fast and they are very helpful. So many gd reasons but this one depending on my experiment. Best trading app ever.

I recently fall into a big scam from a trading platform called Nsfx trading, Unfortunately for me, I invested 65,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 240,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of CRYPTORECOVERY360@ Gmail So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within 3hrs i feel indebted to him. * Kraken user since 2019* I like everything about this app except the fact that it does not have a profit & loss calculator like other trading applications. It’s kind of annoying to have to download my ledger history on a particular coin EACH TIME I want to make a decision regarding a trade. It actually slows me down tremendously and doesn’t allow for quick and versatile trading. I’m just a small drop in the ocean so probably not that important in that grand scheme of things but if that feature isn’t added soon I’ll probably migrate my account to another application by the end of the summer.

So far Kraken has been a breeze to use. Very intuitive, gets a 5 star from me. This review might change if i have issues withdrawing money but i dont think i will.

First of all, the Kraken Pro website is an outstanding web app. For the iPhone app though: -The charting view does not load if you use Apple’s lockdown mode. -I’ve had several buy submissions cancelled immediately after being confirmed. I have to check every buy order to make sure it is active and re-enter them if they got cancelled. -I’ve had a Stop Loss Limit order not trigger and the crypto was not sold while the price continued to drop. It could have been the spread I selected between the stop loss trigger and the limit price. Fast falling prices may be the culprit. -The app frequently freezes, or appears to freeze. Using my router logs I’ve discovered that the app is accessing the following domains simultaneously and having multiple network sessions open may cause the app to not register UI events while processing data: sentry.io, launchdarkly.com, braze.com and appsflyersdk.com. It’s a combination of two or more of these being accessed at the same time. I have to frequently quit the app and relaunch to make sure I’m in control of my buy/sell orders. The app also appears to be using branch.io, codepush.appcenter.ms and app-analytics-services.com.
