New to this thing
So far so good. My deposit was not showing in the app and I went to the chat, after explaining the dilemma, I asked the bot to let me speak with a rep and Megan came right in. After a small review, I provided some missing information and then was given the correct way of making the transfer from my bank and provided with a link for more information. They are available 24/7. I hope this is the beginning of all smoothness.
Love the app but needs 1 more feature
I think your app is great, but there is one thing missing that a lot of other trading apps have and that is a way to easily see the average cost paid for a position. When I look in the history of the trades it doesn’t tell me how much I paid for a trade or even at what price, only the number of coins so I can’t even add it up manually. It would be very helpful to know what the average coat was so that I can see when my positions are in profit or not. Please add this feature in the next update! Or tell me if it is already in the app and I just don’t know where to find it. Thanks!

Kraken Pro is easy to use and great for beginners
Very simple layout and the design makes it very user friendly. They even have short info videos on what everything does and how everything works.

Best Cex
Is it perfect, no, but it’s much better than Coinbase or Binance. Only complaints, had some transfers “delayed”, usually less than hour and only a few times. One bigger issue when I sent INJ from a wallet to kraken. It transferred to wallet instantly but didn’t show up in the app. Reached out after 1 day. Everything was good on their end it was an issue with INJ network and it should arrive soon. It didn’t contacted after a week, same story. After a month contacted again, pushed them to look into it and the tech fixed it in 5 min. Kind of annoying but they handled it well and sure I could have resolved it the first day if I pushed. Communication was always fast, tech just thought they knew what was happening and didn’t want to look closer until pressed. I had a somewhat similar issue with Binance they took a week to respond and wanted to charge me almost the value of the tokens to recover them. Coinbase doesn’t even respond. Never had an issue with bank transfers. Nothings perfect, but Kraken seems to care about users, that’s all I need.
