*** Krate is not affiliated with Spotify nor does Krate store or use your Spotify data. However, you will need a Spotify account to use the app. ***
A social networking app bringing together music fans that allows you to rate Albums, Singles, and E.P.s from Spotify. Rate what you are listening to (or have listened to) out of five stars. Additionally, you can write a review to be included with your rating on each post. Follow other users and friends to see what they are reviewing and listening to. Add albums to My Krate and save them for future listening.
Krate users will only see what you choose to post, not everything you listen to on Spotify.

Krate FAQ
Is Krate free?
Yes, Krate is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Krate legit?
🤔 The Krate app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
This app made me excited enough to write my first review. I’ve been on Krate since it first launched and this has been my consistent way to discover new music, discover brand new contemporary music (artist releases day-of), and playfully or seriously write reviews akin to letterboxd.
The devs seem to listen to feedback that users share and update the app frequently with small, but significant changes. I think the app is still in a really great place right now— not yet fully realized it’s full potential with artist marketing, and user growth and scalability, but it will get there soon. This is one of the ‘couple’ apps that I have that I feel extremely confident will do well in the future. It’s pretty much like hanging out at the record shop and talking to the person behind the register recommending you music all day long. Get on it now and tell your friends!
Won't let me make an account so I'm reviewing your bad app here
All my friends are having fun on this app, why can't I? Do you not like arab people? Or maybe it's because I'm a woman. Either way, this app is hot garbage but if you could assist me in MAKING AN ACCOUNT on your STUPID APP, maybe I would be less pessimistic
Cool but basic
It would be cool to have a favorites tab, or a "my library" tab, that you could sort through and change around like a topster. Please don't give up on her!!!
Has potential but needs major fix
I really like the idea of this app, and I enjoyed using it like a year ago, but I think I stopped using it because you can’t look up albums in the search bar.
If the devs are reading this, PLEASE make albums searchable, and have them able to rate or add to your Krate outside of the list of recently played albums. Having to play a song enough to have it showed up in your recently played to rate or add it to my Krate is very annoying, and it should have been first priority over making users searchable.
If this major oversight is fixed, this app will easily be a 4 or 5 star app, and one I will start to use often.
Very good app
wow very good app. Thumbs up. Everyone go rate every Arkangel record 5 stars. Except the last one
Looking for new tunes?
Cool to see what people listen to and find new stuff! Would love to have continuous scroll when looking at someone’s profile instead of just looking at one and backing out to another.
This app rocks
I have more fun on this app than probably any other that I’m on. Can’t wait to see what other and features they build.
Love the app so far
I think it’s great and I’m excited to see what’s added. The only suggestions I have is a way to sort all the albums on your profile by different things such as your rating or when you rated it or when it came out. Also to show your rating of the album you gave it on your profile so you don’t have to click on it to see. Also being able to search for albums and rating them from the search tab would be nice. Just that and bug fixes but other than that it’s great!
:)
really love this concept and how clean it is so far. It’s cool how you don’t have to search up albums and just pulls from spotify, but i think it would be a nice addition if you could search for albums to review (esp for those who don’t have spotify). I’m really excited to archive my listens and find others to share it with :)
