KRAVEN: Food Delivery

They don’t give you refunds. Sometimes food never come. Food comes cold. Drivers never available. Food take 2 hrs for deliver. Apple should ban them.

Full of bugs, even updated version logs me out then when trying to login says I need to reset, try to reset it tells me I used Facebook/google to sign up, try to use that, it says go back and reset password. 2 years of trying this app and nothing but problems. Even food deliveries are always a problem.

PLEASE MAKE THE APP WORK IM STARVING

I tried to sign up for the app and the code didn’t work so I asked to resend... now it’s been 7 texts and I can’t get you to stop texting me. I only clicked resend one time. I don’t want to use the app anymore - please stop texting me.

I have been using this app for a couple of years now and found it to be fantastic. A couple of times I needed help or support it was first class. I highly recommend it.

good app and the bahamas has been needing something like this for a longgg time. kinda laggy and could run a bit smoother buts it’s useable + needs a message feature so the option to text the driver is available as well as calling.

Sadly, your service has gone down hill. Continuous declines of orders due to “card stolen” etc is extremely frustrating. And you don’t reply to emails, nor do you provide a contact number!
