Good Solid Loan Calculator
I was looking for a loan calculator app to help decide if I should pay off my mortgage faster and found this app. It was incredibly helpful and really answered all of my questions. It's noce to know how much I will save, and the details about the savings. It's easy to use too, I just entered my loan amount, rate, term, payment type and first payment date. For adding extra payments and comissions - go to extra payments tab and press add button. Also the app is Universal, which is nice! Worth a download!
Payments Made Easy!
This app is very easy to use and is a great tool tracking mortgage payments. Advanced payments is a good option for me. App shows me how much I can save via advanced payments. Good for house shopping!
Great App!
I've been thinking about getting a loan to buy a used car and needed to get an idea of how much my payments would be and my interest costs. Plus I was curious about how making a few advanced payments here and there would save me money on interest. This app did the trick for me. It was great and gave me a nice overview of my payments, interest costs, and allowed me to enter advanced payments! Great app!

Да с этим калькулятором уже третья ипотека улетает незаметно:)
В Сбербанке рассчитывают иначе
Купил в надежде, что кнопка «считать как Сбербанке» (досрочные платежи) значит, что считает по той же формуле и тому же алгоритму, что и в Сбербанке. Но, не сошлось. Формула уменьшения размера аннуитетного платежа не та.
Погода на Марсе
Считает не понятно что. В настройках кредита выставлен срок кредита 300 месяцев (25 лет). Пишет, что осталось платить 14 месяцев при первой дате платежа «вчера» Здесь же пишет, «Должны банку 0₽» Добавление платежа в уменьшение суммы ежемесячного платежа никак не влияет ни на цифры, ни на график
Считает не правильно
После досрочного погашения добавляет еще один месяц. Разработчики обратите внимание.
Перестало запускаться
Пользовался несколько лет. Последнее время приложение часто вылетало. После обновления совсем перестало запускаться. iOS 14
Ошибка
Странно. Раньше считалось все точно. Сейчас делаю уменьшение процентной ставки и непонятно почему сумма ежемесячного платежа становится больше, чем до уменьшения.
