Horrible. Doesn’t work at all. All it does is show a blank screen after asking for your information. Scam all

It charges you extra 30% it says flexible fee and service fee.

We were scammed twice from different accounts. Taxi driver knew our pickup point but didn’t even attempt to go to the location, instead just confirmed pickup and two seconds later confirmed arrived at destination. Tried with another account and same driver did the SAME thing. The app does not detect whether this is true or false and allows drivers to scam foreigners freely. We contacted support 3x with no reply. Very horrible app and with the amount that u get scammed, might as well use uber.

When i first got it i had no problems. After a week it freezes every time i attempt to order a taxi.

Useless without sms or whatsapp so you need an international plan or to download/verify whatsapp before you arrive in Korea

To begin with, the service is very costly. Like 1.5 times more than the usual taxi fee. Even worse i was charged twice and the company refuses to pay saying that they are not service provider and i have to contact another company. DONT USE IT.

The app is very slow and laggy and hard to put the correct location. Taxi drivers were all very good and professional.

Ordered a car, driver arrived 15 min later, refused to go to the destination and left. But charged my credit card and the app kept showing that I am driven to the destination . Did not allowed me to book another car for 30 min. Finally, booked another car.. the app said 3 min wait - it took 25 min. I wanted to cancel but there is no option in the app. Terrible and stupidly designed app.

Used the app to go from Seoul station to hotel. Two people with two bags for a standard ride and the driver wouldn’t pick us up because he said we had too much. He was super rude and the app still charged us for a cancellation fee. I’ll try Uber instead. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this upsets me. I was charged an extra ₩3,000 on this app opposed to the original kakao T app going the same short distance! The App looks and works great, but I hate getting ripped off. I’m going back to the regular kakao T app.
