Can’t open it, can’t get support

When I try to open the app, I just get a message saying it’s not available in my country. I’m in the US, nothing on the site tells me it isn’t available here. When I tap App Support, it takes me to the KRU website, but the only way to get support is to register and the only way to register is to pay for a subscription. I’m not paying for something unless I know I can use it... If the developers can help me fix this issue I’ll gladly update my rating.
