I placed my order on June 7th 2024. Order showed on a packing manifest scanned in at the post office on June 17Th. Package was never scanned only the manifest. I still have no package and it’s July 1st I’ve emailed 3 times and can’t get a response. Next step is to turn them in for credit card fraud.

Love her jewelry, but never never do a pre-order. Still waiting on mine, it was supposed to be done in 3-5 weeks, we are now on week 13! When asked for update they tell me no update. Asked for credit back on my card, was told they could only do store credit .

Only received part of my order, but was charged for all items. Tried reaching out and have not heard from anyone. Really disappointed and won’t be buying from this boutique again sadly.

I reached out to customer service about a clothing item missing from my order and customer service just kept providing me with the tracking number. I emailed back explaining yes a package was delivered with one of my items, however it was missing the southwest shacket that I paid for. Cheri in customer service just stopped replying back to my emails. I paid for an item that I never received.

If there are ever any issues or delays (which is very rare) Kristyn is open, honest, and apologetic. They love giving back to their customers and frequently run sales and cash back lives. This boutique has so many styles of clothing and the most amazing jewelry. Plus they have home decor, accessories, makeup, skin care products etc…. The owner is very humble and sweet. And her staff are amazing. Great customer service. One of my favorite boutiques to buy from.
