The worst support ever. I bought a bundle and it didn’t show in the game. I sent 3 emails to their support team and they never replied so don’t pay money in this game as it will be stolen!

Kryss is the new, highly addictive game that lets two players test each other's imagination and vocabulary.

I paid for 1000 card, suddenly, the app got error and logged out, after I logged in back found that all my purchased cards were lost!!!
Game is glitching
Love the game although after updating it the whole board is blank like there aren’t any hints to what the words is just a completely blank board 🥺
Not sure what happened, but do not play this game
Like many people who have written reviews on here, I also liked this game, and I even paid the subscription. Now, I am told that I am “out of game boards” and that I either need to invite friends or watch useless adverts for things I would never purchase. The game is now a shambles. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT, and certainly do not pay the subscription. There are absolutely no benefits. To add insult to injury, there is no way to complain.
Ad more than normal
The game idea is awesome. But playing the ad while playing is so annoying. I have a feeling that if the game without ad will be more better.
More free boards
LOVE this game but we need more boards!! Make us watch more ads that’s okay or maybe boards that are time generated!!! PLEASE
Insufficient boards
One of my favorite games however I cant play a lot bcoz of the insufficient boards, I invited more than 4 friends to get boards and I didn’t receive any of them although my friends did install it and signed up but still I didnt get the 10 boards for free not even when I signed up for facebook so u shld do smthg about it
This game ruined my phone.
First of all, the game makes my phone heats up really bad, and the game keeps freezing. So every time it freezes, I close the app and reopen it. When you first open it you see this dark screen with a silhouette of a table that is filled with letters. Now that silhouette is literally printed on my screen for some reason, and it’s becomes more visible on darker backgrounds like grey. What is this…
Insufficient boards
The limited boards option is really horrible since I enjoy the game so much and can’t afford to buy boards every now and then, please make the boards available more
