I updated my pan card many times. But still showing update your pan card ok then again trying to update after entering the details and giving submit that showing already updated. But pan card still not updated in app.

Branch not getting
No option to select branch and it is not working in iphone
OTP not working
I have been trying to register the username and login ID, but unfortunately, it hasn't happened. The problem is that something goes wrong when I enter the OTP.
Pathetic User Experience
Even after verifying pan. It’s showing verify pan. No branch is listed in my chittis, search also not showing anything. Every time I have to use quick pay and enter same details again and again. Once logged in using mobile number or selected chitty for the login, why can’t the app remember it next time. Kudos to the one who designed it 🙏😝
Kindly Avoid InAppBrowser for payment
Payment done through In App browser getting failed most of the time. May be it gets success after few hours or next, but showing payment failure after completing payment is a bad user experience. Rest look good👍
