registered in ksmart, but shows kyc not verified. when tried to verify with aadhar, getting 'user already exist' error message. what to do?

KSMART is an initiative of Information Kerala Mission to provide citizens , a convenient and efficient way to access services from the local self government institutions such as Birth Certificates , Marriage Certificates etc. The app aims to strengthen the relationship between the local governments and citizens by improving transparency, efficiency and accountability in the governance process.
The app helps to streamline public services. It provides self-service access to local government services, improve responsiveness and efficiency across all services, and reduce the human labour involved in serving many of the citizen needs.
We envisage to incorporate different functional modules used in local self government institutions into a single mobile app. Civil registration, file management, building permit, property tax, public grievance redressal, human resource management system, welfare pensions are some of the upcoming modules in this mobile app.

Can not register
After entering otp, in the second stage my name is extracted from adhar. But when trying to register, it says invalid name. But the name appears exactly as in adhar. But there is a . (Period) between my initial in my adhar . But I can not alter the name as it is extracted my adhar . Anyway it is a tragic app. Pls correct it.
Worst app . Another disaster
Doesn’t work basic functionality. When click view button automagically logout . I don't know how to download the certificate from this app. Is it possible to download certificate? Please reply how to download?
Pathetic
What is Kerala's government doing. It is truly the most worthless applications I have ever used. Attempted to correct birth name. but I couldn't.
A very good initiative by the Kerala Government
The app is well designed. I would love a black theme though.
NOT SMART
This is NOT smart at all with lots of issues without any adequate studies and training before implementing to the public. What a shame.
Not user friendly
Can not apply for death certificate corrections. End of the day you have to depend on Akshaya Centre. Also local bodies are not accepting direct applications. Looks like a way to increase Akshaya Centre revenue and citizens inconvenience. You need to pay relevant fees, Akshaya centre service fees and also spend your time finding/waiting for your turn at Akshaya centres.
Total waste of resources
The app is downloaded and registration completed. But that is the only thing we can do with this useless app. Total waste of time . And as the app is launched services through other online interfaces and direct through government offices are also blocked .
