Because of all the negative reviews, I bet most people don’t even bother to download your app. I’m one of them. In this competitive market, you should’ve stepped up your game and given your audience better. Time to move on.

This app constantly has issues playing the live news. Happens frequently.

Good news station. However the app itself is garbage. Starting with there being no way to turn off the automatic streaming as soon as you open the app. There are more issues but that one is the biggest.

Mr. Trump is a convicted felon, and felons (whether serving time or not) are not allowed to own, carry or possess firearms. He turned in 2 pistols, and had 1 weapon transported to Florida. He apparently has a concealed carry permit, so what assurance is there that he isn’t going to carry one? Since the conviction was in New York, which has stricter laws than Florida, does that mean he can still have one or more at his home? Just what are the laws in relation to him?

Had this app for years, finally had to uninstall. It’s like they just stopped caring about what people wanted when using this app

The new floor mat makes it hard to find the up to date news . All most all the the news is old! This used to be my favorite place to find my news and weather. Not anymore!

This redesign is a step down. The weather now opens in a web view - this is not what users want in 2024. Weather info is also minimal, not detailed like before. Overall design looks like it took a huge step back in time. Sad to see, and has decreased my use of the app. I use a competitor’s app more even though KSTP is my preferred station for news and weather.

Old version I probably hit3-4 times a day, more to check the “interactive radar” feature. This new one seems bloated, complicated to navigate and overall, just annoying. I’m also suspicious about all the permissions and tracking it seems to have. So congratulations for making it suit ch.5’s needs above actual users. The new weather radar truly fails compared to old one. The developers were most certainly not the smartest in the room.

This was my go to app for weather. Downloaded the latest version and deleted the app as now useless. I think this is a “If it isn’t broke don’t fix it” moment for KSTP.

Stop sending pushes in all caps with overly dramatic headlines. Also please allow the option to opt-out of certain categories of pushes. I don’t need a push about a music act being canceled, but I do want important news headlines.
