KTIV First Alert Weather

The alerts for severe weather are so helpful but videos do but have closed captioning which poses problems for hard of hearing people or those of us who keep sound off so as not to disturb sleeping children.

All of a sudden, I started getting weather alerts from you. I have never been to your area and I doubt I will ever go there. I live in West Virginia and I am subscribed to the Washington DC weather4 alerts because they cover the area I live in. I imagine that was how I got on your list. Please remove me from the alerts. Ron is amazing!

I hear the thunder. Then they notify me that lightning has been detected in my area. Which is fine. But not more than once in a short amount of time. And then heavy rain in my area. And watching radar tracking I can see it is slipping around me again. So maybe 2 miles away there is a downpour but it turns out I’m not going to see a drop from it.

We really enjoy this app especially today as we are traveling back to the lakes area from Colorado!
