Крайне возмущён приложением. Создал аккаунт ради получения бонуса, прошел верификацию, пополнил счёт, выполнил все условия и получил 20USDT бонуса, НО, вывести их - немогу! Причиной отказа они ссылаются на необходимость прохождения дополнительной верификации через их службу поддержки! служба поддержки (как и половина функционала биржи) - на английском. не дает вывести средства , пишет не верный код с гугл аутентификации, хотя для входа в аккаунт код он принимает. плюс еще заблокировали на 2 часа, из-за того что я пытаюсь вывести свои юсдт. upd. вывести получилось все норм

Support don’t work at all

For 3 weeks I have not been able to connect my mobile phone number to withdraw money from my account. A message with a confirmation code does not arrive, and support does not want to do anything at all. They send the same scripts that don’t help at all I don’t recommend it

Lost over $700 on poorly executed marked trade, they were assuring there is 10% limit when buying with market feature but it didn’t work- still have not heard from the support.
