1. Terlalu banyak biaya tambahan, saya pakai cuma karna fasilitas kantor, kalo bisa milih ga akan saya pakai. 2. Penggunaannya sangat ribet dan tidak memudahkan konsumen. Contoh: saat pesen pre order di toko yg sama, tgl pengiriman bisa berbeda di beberapa item dan ga bisa diatur, biaya penanganan jd double. 3. Tidak bisa mengubah alamat saat sudah di keranjang pesanan.

Saya baru nyoba fitur yg meal plan… cuman dari menu nya sepertinya descripsinya masih sangan sederhana, saya juga designer jadi kalau untuk UIxUX masih terbilang kurang memuaskan, beberapa tulisan masih terlalu kecil dalam artian hierarki nya tidak tersampaikan, kurang adanya flow dalam homepage, mungkin bisa pebih dispesifik lagi optionnya (mungkin kasih simple description) lalu pakai warna yg memang sesuai branding karena menurut saya masih terlalu banyak pilihan warna yg jadinya membingungkan, mungkin karena banyak warna2 font pastel juga yg jadinya gk bikin fokus dan malah bingungin
Ga intuitive dan ga functional fitur2nya
Navigasi ga intuitif, filter dinner time ga ada hence ga bisa beli buat dinner. Dulu langganan tiap bulan sampai sekitar 6 bulan, tapi makin ke sini selain makanan yg makin naik harganya which I can understand, tapi what I dont understand itu malah makin jelek app-nya. UX kurang, UI kurang. Do better UX for us customers.
