Im trying to view products bt it keeps browsing nd ihv place orde on 2 august they cancel my order without any clearance

It is fraud company. They take orders then don’t deliver and don’t even refund the money. I placed my in July and they did not deliver it saying they are facing some technical issues. After waiting for so long I asked for the refund on 06th Aug 2024. They said they will refund in 5-7 working days but it’s 02nd sept now I have received my refund. Please don’t order from this app. It is a fraud. I know lot of people whose refunds and orders are stuck. Before ordering kindly check their reviews and blunders on Reddit. Now they have disabled their comments on Insta as well.

Kult literally gives the best discounts. However, things go out of stock pretty quickly. Wish they restocked more often.

What has happened to the service from getting offers u can’t resist on international brands to never restocking, canceling of the orders after 20day of purchase and even after the cancellation not refunding the money, shameless.

they will give fancy offer to which you will fall for, then won’t be able to handle neither the shipping or updates. even after a MONTH!!!! they won’t even pick up calls or reply to emails! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

Yes guys , agar ap influencer ko dekh ke aate ho ki ye app kaam price me apko branded product de rahe h toh jhut h mene bhi Isme order kiya tha ye 25 din ho gaye na hi cancel ka order h na tracking ka ab Isme ap call karoge toh Isme koi customer service nhi h email inke calling logo ki tarah chu**** h inki maa ka bhos@da. Fraudi company h iss company ko na hi refund karna h na hi order dena h fake and absolutely fake app h . Agar ap influencer ke chakar me aaye ho shopping karne toh ye review padh lena . Iss pe toh me case karne vali hu tab dekhte h isko.

First of all they don’t offer COD payment method at all , which is stupid right ?? Nonetheless , I ordered on 11 August 2024 ,and my order was supposed to be shipped in 2 days it’s been almost 9 days , no tracking updates , nothing has been shipped since then , how bad , contacted their contact support their team says , it’ll take more 15 days to dispatch and more 15-20 days to get delivered. It means more than 45 days more they are already asking to deliver a order , also they charged complete amount in advance . Highly highly disappointing and pathetic app .
