Kuna Smart Home Security

Purchased the Due door bell, worked for about 6 months, the quit recording the video, you can see live. Customer service is bad, they want you to try a thousand things then just close your complaint with nothing fixed. I do not recommend Kuna for the customer service alone. You you can read of all the problems you will have.

Customer service is awful. I purchased 5 lights years ago and one stopped working. Now, they do not make the lights I purchased so I can’t match what I have on my house. I asked for any replacement and would not budge. They do not back up their product and do not care about their customers. Be aware!

It’s official! Even using maximum sensitivity, zones set and premium Comcast bandwidth service, THIS CAM MISSES ALL VISITORS TO OUR DOOR/PROPERTY. That is correct. ALL of them! Isn’t also a bad idea to have to use a horrible app as the only way to control the front light?! YUP. It is a very bad idea. The cam and mic quality stinks more and more as time goes by. Maybe the idea is to rip the cam off the front of the house and CHUCK IT at any unwanted bad guys?! Must be. NO improvements by yhe devs over the years. Only many steps BACKWARDS! (Unless there are OTHER “behind the scenes” purposes to this app/device?…!). Maybe I’ll ask the appropriate regulatory agencies to check that out. ================ Previous Ignored and Infixed Review: It is just after midnight. A strange sound is heard outside. We turn on this “security camera” app. GUESS WHAT IT SHOWS US?! THE SUN IS SHINING. IT SAYS “LIVE”. Yet it is from the PREVIOUS DAY! THAT IS JUST HOW BAD THE LATENCY (LAG) IS AND JUST HOW CRAPPY THE DEVS HAVE LET THEIR PRODUCTS AND APPS GET. What a joke.

The cameras are soooooooo unbelievably slow to connect that I can’t ever see who is at the front door. 5-10 minutes to load a camera feed makes the product absolutely worthless. And luckily for me, there is nothing they can do to help. So I have 6 worthless cameras I spent like $2k on. Sweet! Just another junk product promising to work. I can’t say I’m shocked to see a 2 star overall review. The products are just fancy lights with cameras that NEVER work. Save you time, money and headache, just buy a dog. At least the dog will cuddle with you after it’s takes your money.

Worthless as a Security Camera. If you like seeing a loading wheel the entire time.More than half the time the cameras do not work. These Cameras have more use as a over priced paper weight.

My camera went out within the first year. I called the company and they refused to repair or replace it unless I paid. The company has no common sense or customer service. It seems like it is being run like a local liquor store.

Horrible company, I’ve reached out to them multiple times and was treated like trash. They blame their poor servers on your WiFi, constantly having issues viewing footage. Can’t view footage while someone triggers your camera that can let an armed thief do a home invasion and you wouldn’t be able to even view whos outside until camera is done recording. They could have an amazing company and make so much more money but lack common sense to treat their customers kindly

They finally updated the app to auto refresh the cameras. My only issue is their cameras are outdated as far as technology, all being either 720p or 1080p. If they updated them to 4k or even 2k I’d consider purchasing them and a subscription again.

This app needs an update. The light schedule settings is not functioning.

App does not offer any sort of volume control to view camera feed on silent. Setting phone to silent or adjusting phone volume makes no difference. Horribly annoying, yet such a simple fix.
