Отличное приложение. Использую для поиска нужных рейсов. Вариантов гораздо больше чем на туту или авиасейлзе.

Negative experience!!

Person had to have a transit in China, with a standard visa free 24h. They sold a ticket of Cebu airlines, with a transit in Shanghai, and by the general policy of this Aircompany they don’t allow such transits. Aircompany gave their apologies and returned money. But there were also 2 other tkts connected Shanghai-moscow-ufa. Ofc kupi (kupibitet) said that they can not do anything. Actually not surprised at all. Just reminding not to deal with r*ssian companies!!!

Обожаю этот сервис. Очень удобный поиск и система фильтрации. Можно одним нажатием исключить ночные пересадки или смену аэропорта. Для меня, как для человека, который терпеть не может пересадки, это большой плюс. Также в обязательном порядке беру дополнительную услугу приоритетной поддержки. Сохраняет нервы.

Racist APP

On 20th Jun we bought 3 tickets for our family. To fly from Warsaw to Antalya. The date we choose was 27th June. (Have all screenshots of order) then we received tickets and it was for 22th of June. We text costumer service (because they have no phone to call) and they answered: It’s not our problem. Like wtf??? They did change our tickets with the purpose for 22th June so we have no time to do something. Because when I contacted the Air company they said you have 1.5h to do something. In the end I paid 250€ to change date to 27th June. Guy’s be careful when you choose platform to buy your tickets.

Почему с приложение выкидывает

Ужасный сервис

Очень плохой сервис. Не рекомендую никому ни за что. Обещали зарегистрировать на рейс за 24 часа до вылета, но потом прислали письмо, что этого не сделают.

Пользуюсь этим приложением уже не один год. Покупаю билеты в один клик, даже с пересадками. Всегда все четко с их стороны. Для себя после покупки билетов обычно проверяю в авиакомпании свою бронь.
