التطبيق لايدعم الدخول بدون انترنت

نسخة التطبيق على متجر آبل ستور لاتدعم الدخول إلى التطبيق بدون نت متى ستفعلون هذه الخاصية

مشكلة في المصادقة في كلمة المرور

يرجى حل المشكلة ومشكلة مسؤل الدعم واصل مشغول مايرد الا بعد ساعة رغم انه متصل في الوتس

حاولوا تطوروا من واجهة البرنامج بجاه الله، أستخدم التطبيق وكأني أستخدم ويندوز اكس بي، واجهة تعبان وغير تفاعلية وبطيئة، حرام بنك سمعتة كبيرة ويكون تطبيق خدماته بالرداءة ذي، الموضوع مايكلف نهائياً بالنسبة لبنك، اتواصلوا مع مصممين ومطورين UX,UI أجانب يسووا لكم تطبيق محترم.

طلب اصلاح الاخطاء

للاسف رغم الميزات الكويسة الا انه تستمر بعض الاخطاء دون اصلاح لفترة طويلة 1. عدم ظهور الاسم عند الايداع لحساب و هذي المشكلة تعمل اخطاء ارسال لحسابات اخرى و احيانا لا تستطيع استرجاع مبلغك اذا الطرف الاخر غير متعاون 2. عدم ظهور العملية في عرض البيان رغم ارسالها و وصول رسالة نصية لك بالعملية و خصم الرصيد 3. عدم وجود كشف حساب بالتطبيق لفترة انت تحددها 4. احتساب عمليات الصرافة بين الحسابات الخاصة بك ضمن السقف اليومي للتحويلات يعني لو حولت سعودي الى 500 الف يمني و اردت تحول اليمني لازم تنتظر لليوم الثاني 5. ساعة سرفر التطبيق غير صحيحة و غير مطابقة للتوقيت المحلي يخلص اليوم و تستمر بحدود ساعتين من اليوم الثاني لا تستطيع انجاز العمليات رغم دخولك يوم جديد الرجاء عمل حلول لهذي المشاكل شكرا لكم

تطبيق الكريمي جوال

للأسف إدارة الكريمي ومهندسيها الفنيون لم يستطيعو حتى الآن حل مشكلة تطبيق الجوال بخصوص iOS لسوء الإدارة

التطبيق يطلب تحديث

حاليا بالتحديث الموجود بالابل ستور التطبيق لا يعمل و يطلب تحديث و حين تذهب للابل ستور يظهر لك بان هذا هو احدث تحديث للتطبيق المشكلة مستمرة و لا استطيع القيام بالتحويل
