Frustrated
The app said my password wasn’t correct, which is the password saved the last time I ordered a bag. So I tried to reset my password but they never sent the email to reset. I waited and checked spam and it never came. Then the promo code APP15 that they advertised would work did not work! I shouldn’t have even gone through with the purchase 😖

Website was horriable it would not allow me to log in and place my order and then when I went back item was sold out. Not happy with online service at all.

Kurt Geiger app love it love it
Absolutely love the app. It makes accessing all of their items super easy. I just wish it had the Apple Pay feature whenever you’re checking out instead of having to actually input your credit card but the great thing about that is is if you shop frequently, they will save your payment method.
