LOGIN WITH A SINGLE PIN
In order to use Kuveyt Türk Mobile, all you have to do is set your password. Once you have verified your device with the security steps, Kuveyt Türk Mobile recognizes you and allows you to log in quickly with a single PIN you specify.
FIRST PASSWORD
Can be obtained by calling the Kuveyt Turk Call Center at 444 0 123 or through the Instant Password menu on the Internet Branch. Our corporate customers need to contact their branches to obtain their passwords for the first time.
VERIFICATION
You will need to verify your device when logging in for the first time to Kuveyt Türk Mobile. The verification must be done by connecting to the Internet via your GSM number that is registered at our bank (If not done with your registered GSM number, you will be asked to approve your device through the Call Center). After verifying a device you can give approval for using the Kuveyt Türk Mobile on other devices as well.

Horrible .. useless and UI wording is cryptic
The app looks great at first look but it’s so complicated and the English language used is so cryptic. Consider this: I was due for a password change, which I completed. Next thing I know the device wants to be re-registered, so I login with new password. I get a message that I must confirm this device via the iPhone device saved. Guess what??? This is the only iPhone I ever registered with this app. Why is it not letting me do that? I am asked to call customer service but they are closed till Monday. Been thinking to leave this bank.
Developer stated a phone number to call 24x7. Well, it’s not true. That is the number I called and they are only open ten hours a day Mon-Fri.
3D secure code
I hope 3D code for the credit card received as notification to the app and sms
ID recognition is very bad
For password reset ID recognition feature is very bad. Such a waste of time.

iphone 5 update stopped
the application suddenly stopped (iphone 5) and asking for update, but apple store says that the update is not compatible with my phone, so the aaplication stopped completely, i can't login my accounts. hope to add 'most compatible version'.

I’m facing a very serious problem to unlock the SIM BLOCK as it does not accept interning international mobile numbers with country code in order to receive the one time code knowing that this international mobile number is registered to my bank account hope you will solve this issue urgently
