We are a 100% volunteer-run, non-profit community radio station, broadcasting from San Francisco at 102.5-FM and streaming worldwide at KXSF.FM.
KXSF was formed in 2011 as an outlet for San Francisco’s perennial ethos of independent thought and communication. Programming includes music shows from all genres - punk, hip hop, jazz, country, new age and new wave, programs produced in multiple languages, spotlights on community organizations and events, and more.
Everything we do has a focus on the local. Our mission is to amplify the diverse voices of our world by providing musically creative and socially aware San Francisco-style radio!
