Unreliable service
Server is offline for very long time with no information or updates. Very unreliable. My device are useless duds
Keeps getting offline
Looks like issue with Server? Have been having issues connecting to the plugs Via Kyla app and Alexa. Alexa reports “not responsive”. Gave up after 2 weeks of trying. Migrates to TPLink Tapo.
Disappointing
Today cant even open the app.
App fails again after IOS 16.0.2 update! Please make sure every update works

Kyla V1 is so much better than this Kyla V2. The UI UX is terrible though your hardware and software capabilities for Kyla V2 is great. Such a pity for the wasted potential of your products.
Can’t connect wifi plug
Disappointing
Aztech UK wifi plug fails to work!
This Kyla app no longer works properly with the UK Wifi Plug - the plug can no longer be programmed to turn on or off. I mean, you can create the command but when the time comes to trigger the plug on or off, nothing happens! Using the app, the plug can be turned on or off manually but not by a schedule which I believe comes via the Kyla cloud. Please fix the bug! Without this bug fix, the plug is useless.-w-
App’s scene does not work
It’s been months already and scenes does not work most of the time. Really frustrating,
