Stupid app stupid management

LeiLouMoSeiSi on

Singapore

This app have the most ridiculous system compared to other malls app and members card. My parents that cant even read english have been using my account to get points so that i can help them to claim vouchers. And all of a sudden, recently my dad go down to get points, they dont allow my dad to redeem the points as its under my name. EH COME ON LA. we stay same household and my parents cant even read english how are they suppose to redeem points if im not around. The one who implement the rules stating own nric own account is totally brainless and stupid. Dont waste your time on this kind of stupid points. just want to get more people sign up and sell customer info ah?

Account being locked

My account had been locked up not sure what’s the issue. I have been writing in since Jan2024 but till not still not settle yet. The process is super slow and frustrating on how they investigate and yet no feedback on how can they unlock my account for me. Is really annoying not able to solve this issue quickly and affecting me to consider if I should even do my spending in future if is my account this being lock.

Lousiest app ever!

Never felt so compelled to write a review about how horrible the experience was! Logged in using the correct password, was given an error. Reset the password & login with the NEW GIVEN password and still an error! Seriously??! Please fire the creator of the app! It’s useless!!

Tried to re-register as existing member. The apps recognised my account so it sent verification code to my e-mail. But when i tried to fill up, it kept going back to the main page 🤦🏻‍♀️. Made few attempts but still the same. Wasting my time. Uninstalling

Stupid apps

Michaelkhim on

Singapore

I tried to register and it mentioned my IC and vehicle IU are registered before. Then the car plate is not unique number. When I tried to retrieve password, none of the email is usable. I tried to login using hp number, and none of it can login. Really stupid and I wonder who the hell to create this unusable apps. Wasted so much time to try to register.

Buggy over 9000!

Random crash during registration 😂 Resets to the very first screen if you try to switch to other apps like notes 🤣

Glitchy App

Angrier Cus on

Singapore

Distributed devices cannot read QR code on app and resulted in loss of points. Refused to return points when receipts are provided. Also refused to return points when they are able to trace transactions and insist on hard copy receipts, but who keeps receipts when one think that points clocking transactions are successful.
