Clumsy Time Consuming App
This is by far the worst App I have ever used. It took about 3-4 hours to access my ticket. Intuit Staff-what were you thinking?
Couldn’t be worse
This app genuinely makes me dislike the Clippers. This has turned my day into a complete nightmare. Whoever had this idea should be immediately terminated. I cannot believe how deplorable this app and this process has been. I don’t think I will ever visit Intuit Dome again.
Absolute garbage
App crashes when I try to create an account. Customer support is non-existent.

This app is a nightmare! I have an NBA app and a ticketmaster app and I have spent almost 2 hours trying to set this up for an $800/ ticket game tomorrow night!! It keeps rejecting my password and I have to continue to change it. I’ve deleted the app and started over three times. I’m almost ready to forget the entire thing!!
Terrible
Why do we have to download another app that is confusing to use and asks for all sorts of personal and unnecessary information. Each person has to down the app. Such nonsense. Why can the tkts not download to the Ticketmaster app or the Apple wallet, Will delete the app after the fan game and will not go to Clippers game again.

Don’t put your payment info
If possible, do not add your payment information into this app. Everything in the intuit dome is supposed to be convenient where you can walk into a store pick up what you want and walk out and it will charge you. Then when you get home, you realize you were charged for items you never picked up. They know this is a problem because one of the security guards told me before I even got into the arena that I should check my receipts because people have been known to get charged for things they’ve never purchased. And good luck trying to get a refund. They won’t respond so I have no idea if I’m going to get my money back. And if I make a claim on my credit card, then I have to get a new credit card and that’s a pain.
