Recipes with no quantities
If you are such a good cook that you just need to know there is “flour”, “milk”, “cream” or “sugar” in your recipe and are able to guess the quantities, then this is for you. Or, if like me, you do not have this gift, then prepare for a lot of frustration. It’s a shame, because the dishes look good and sophisticated. But I give up.
