Is LA Fitness Mobile legit?
⚠️ The LA Fitness Mobile app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The weight rack are always empty, machines are constantly broken. The fellow members are morons who are constantly setting the sauna on fire because they don’t understand the difference between wet and dry heat.
Most importantly, the staff is nothing but play on their phone while behind them the Gym is an absolute disarray … between no equipment being available to work out, overcrowding and a track record of showing up at least one at every four Saturdays late leaving 50 to 60 people waiting outside in the cold is just unacceptable

App is easy to use, only difficulty I had was adding a picture to my profile. A 9/10 for me

It would be great if people use deodorant… honestly LA at Mississauga and Keele is very stinking!! Pls people
It’s not too bad
This app does have its share fair of glitches and bugs but it’s really accessible,
For an example: I can tell when all the classes and what time time their starting which is really useful.
Other than the bugs it’s not the worst gym app.
New account signup
One of the crappiest apps hands down. If you are signing up for a new account the app asks you to enter 5 digits of something and the sentence cuts off and there is no way to figure out what it is. Well, you can thank me later, it is the 5 digits associated with your credit card or bank account number. What a great cybersecurity practice, asking for banking info when signing up, slow clap!

Don’t quite understand the bad reviews. It loads very quickly and works as it’s supposed to. Great app, great gym!
Don’t bother if you get a new phone
Get ready for a headache if you decide to get a new phone. This app is a complete waste of time. I lost 2 hours of my day trying to get it work. Finally got to log in and it has no information of my account. Signed out to see if it would update and now it tells me my account is is invalid! I’m done!
Guests Tab cannot be accessed
While I love my LA Fitness Location, I dislike how I cannot open the Guests Tab to sign in my guests. Whenever I click on it, it brings me right back to the previous tab.
Find club
The Find Club feature doesn't work in Canada. I have trouble finding any club in Ontario. It just shows the one near my place so even if I know the address of the other club with the postal code it still doesn't show me to check the amenities or reservations. Please update this feature as this is a very basic requirement of a gym app.
Never works properly
The app constantly logs me out, usually right before I am trying to check in, then when I finally do get it to accept my credentials none of the relevant information loads.
No idea why this is not an Apple Wallet option yet.
