Sehr träge App. Unnötiger Anmeldezwang. Und letztlich enttäuscht die Kombi aus App und Maschine hinsichtlich Funktionen. Warum zB kann man nicht die Zeit für den Bezug einstellen? Prebrewing und Spülfunktion zeigen dass die Möglichkeit einer Steuerung prinzipiell gegeben ist. Die App bleibt leider weit unter ihren Möglichkeiten.
Für soviel Geld erwarte ich eine fehlerfreie App Oder zumindest kein online login Zwang was bei einer Kaffeemaschine absolut sinnlos ist!!!
The fact that I need to kill and reopen die app in order to get a connection to my machine everyday is a disgrace.
Considering the premium segment that La Marzocco is in, this app is an absolute disappointment. It feels like a typical agency-built app that gets little to no love by its developers. - Shot timer is very buggy (unusable) - Cleaning function occasionally works, but shows as failed all the time - I regularly end up in a broken status page with no back button which forces me to force restart the app The Home machines use a combination of Bluetooth, LAN and cloud connections which is probably part of why it’s so unreliable. I really wish La Marzocco would prioritize the IoT functionalities, and rebuild the app from scratch (and also reconsider some of the under-the-hood decisions that they took in their APIs). It’s a shame to have to use such a bad app in conjunction with such a wonderful piece of hardware 😢
Leider ist es mittlerweile nur noch möglich, die Maschine via Bluetooth zu verbinden. Sehr schade, dass ein so hochwertiges Produkt durch eine solch mangelhafte App/ Software an Attraktivität verliert!!!
Man gibt 5k für eine Linea Mini aus und LM schafft es nicht eine vernünftige App zu entwickeln… Die App ist inakzeptabel und mir wurde von einem Händler gesagt, dass LM einfach sehr ignorant, fast sogar eingebildet, ist und die Kunden diesbezüglich egal sind
Bei einem solchen Preis der Machine ist die App einfach nur unterirdisch schlecht. Das laden funktioniert häufig nicht und manchmal steht die Kaffee Maschine auf eingeschaltet, obwohl sie es nicht ist. Die Tutorial Seite z.B lädt einfach nie. Leider merkt man, dass auch keine Arbeit in die App gesteckt wird, da es kaum Weiterentwicklungen gibt. Schade!
This App is the text book example of a company with a great history of hardware manufacturing struggling hard with the transformation into the software world. 4+ Years in the making the LM Home App in 2024 is still slow, unresponsive and full of useless content and even hefty translation failures. I don’t know how many approaches it took me to connect to my 3,5k Euro Linea Micra. The Shot Timer is unreliable, cleaning function does not work properly, etc. etc. What are you thinking over there in Florence? Do you see the upcoming competition and their integrations? Is this really not on your Agenda when talking strategy meetings? I hope Delongi having more Focus on this.
Nach holprigem Start ist die App wirklich prima um die Einstellungen an der Maschine und der Mühle am IPhone zu machen. Shottimer funktioniert ebenfalls reibungslos.
Ich habe die GS 3 seit 14 Jahren und bin absolut zufrieden damit. vor wenigen Wochen habe ich mir die App einbauen lassen und bin damit noch nicht ganz so zufrieden. Beim letzten Update vor zwei Tagen auf die neue Firmware V 3.2-RC 9 1.48 ist alles verstellt. Ein resetting führte leider auch nicht zum Erfolg. Präinfusion und Dosierung völlig falsch. Nach 2 Sekunden schaltet die Maschine ab! Bitte checkt euer Update. Danke.
