Chargestation App

Zoeken naar een laadpaal via de kaart lukt meestal niet, blijft maar zoeken zonder resultaat. Zoeken op straatnaam lukt wel, maar is ook traag in het geven van de resultaten. Tijd om jullie app eens een goede update te geven.

De knop transactie starten werkt niet. Opladen is dus niet mogelijk!

The design of the app is very bad and thus so is the user experience. Getting the chargers' data on the map is very slow and as soon as you move on the map you need to reload it all so it takes ages to find the ev chargers. When you search with your address, the results are not really sorted in a smart way so ev chargers that are further are 1st in the lists.

Dit kan eerlijk gezegd toch echt niet? Zo’n groot bedrijf, waar de laadinfrastructuur van België afhankelijk is. De app is waardeloos, laadtijden zijn tergend traag. Als UX/UI designer ben ik van mening dat de interface niet gebruiksvriendelijk of enigszins modern is. Werk aan de winkel!

The app is soo slow and buggy. And then they’re selling it as whitelabel for other apps as well…

La recherche des bornes est fastidieuse. Il faut faire bouger la carte dans tous les sens pour les trouver et être patient car il y a un temps d’attente avant qu’elles apparaissent. Une liste des adresses avec la distance depuis l’endroit où on se trouve serait bien plus facile.

Een echte ramp deze app. Werkt ongelofelijk traag. Er staan laadpalen op hun kaart als je op de pc kijkt die niet op de kaart verschijnen op de app.

Volgens deze app bestaan er geen laadpalen van IONITY. Totaal nutteloze en trage app, even nutteloos als de Stroohm-laadkaart.

Je viens juste de télécharger l’application et premier problème : quand je lance une recherches de bornes de recharges par géolocalisation de l’endroit où je le trouve, ils me donnent des résultats à partir de 26 km et plus, de l’adresse où je suis, en ayant mis seulement par type de câble de recharge correspondant à mon véhicule .. bizarre !!!!!!
