Really amazed by this app. It is really a one stop shop (make restaurant reservations, order take away, check the slopes and lift queues, book a shuttle, monitor ski-stats, and much more). The weekly quiz is a great way to keep users engaged throughout the year (motivated by earning points) and teaches users about all the great things Laax has to offer.
I use this app on and off the slopes of my fav resort
New App has many bugs still. Also functionality is less as too much information including ads. Preferred the previous version much more. Simple and to the point.

Unbelievable that the ONLY way to buy tickets in advance is an app that doesn’t work. Wasn’t able to open the app on my iPhone 5, now trying with an iPhone 6, Jeep getting an error message when trying to pay through the shop. Online support is available, but not solutions-oriented. So disappointed that such an expensive ski resort doesn’t allow flexibility, such as normal online payment when buying tickets, but (probably in an attempt to inflate the number of app downloads), sticks to a faulty app.
Ich finde die app super aber ich bin traurig das man nicht mit punkten zahlen kann. Wieso habt ihr das abgestellt? Bitte ändert das 😫😫😫
Laax übertreibt‘s… jetzt auch noch 5 Stutz extra wenn man einmal nach dem Baumwipfel-Pfad rutschen will. Vor ein paar Monaten war einmal rutschen noch inklusive. Jedes bisschen kostet mehr. Auch im Rock Resort: Bettäsche separat verrechnen, wenn man gar nicht die Wahl hat?! Macht ehrliche Gesamtpreise.
Das geht nicht um die app sondern um das gebiet. Die app ist cool weil man sehen kann wie die wetterbedingungen sind. Was ich auch jedem empfehlen würde da wenn sie schon um 11 wegen schlechtem wetter schliessen, es keine rückerstattungen gibt was bei diesen preisen eine absolute frechheit ist. Drecksverein!
Sehr kompliziert, man braucht ewig um etwas zu finden. Cool das News drauf sind und auch die LAAX Quiz ist mega.
Would be even better if you could create a group within the friends so you can connect a specific set of people visiting for an event or ski day!
