Terrible service !

The delivery services have gone downhill ! Order takes 90 mins or more to reach on an average. When you contact the customer service through the only “chat” option they have, all they do is take another 15 mins to reply and apologies ! No compensation nothing !

Not working

Its not working properly and chat system is very poor service

They give me a free 20Dhs voucher only to not get its benefits and now its expired what a joke

App is Good but poor delivery

The App is good compared to others in selection of restaurants and offers however delivery is very poor and the customer service is worst. The delivery champions doesn’t bother about the order and brings whatever the restaurants have packed. Multiple times I faced isssues in delivery were the items found missing and delivered partially. If we ask the delivery guy the response if always check with restaurant.if we need to check with the restaurant directly about the order then what is the role of Labaik platform ? When the chat with customer care the responses are very poor never get a proper response or solution and ending up in loosing money . If the delivery person spend 30 seconds per order to check the order and package the issues could’ve been resolved. I don’t suggest Labaik due to these issues

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, no responsibility. Difficult to get customer support. Once you order the food your suffering will start and need to follow up for food delivery. I won’t recommend to anyone.

Missing items

I had missing item in my order and they didn’t take any action, such a poor service please do not order from this app.

Everything out stock,offers not get

When am ordering there is full off items,after that I got a call it’s out of stock,very bad

waste of time

Price is very higher. I can't use 20Aed less on my frst order only 10 less but not worth.
