Easy to use
Excellent app for managing finances! The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to track my savings. Highly recommend for anyone looking to take control of their finances
Great but!
App is great but maybe introduce biometrics sign in options. Also include more invest options and portfolios. KYC ID option could also include International Passport!
Slow response rate
I made a withdrawal from Ladda to my account and I haven’t received it even though it’s been over 24 hours! I have messaged Ladda on Instagram & sent emails but I haven’t gotten any response. Finally, I called the number attached to my transaction email, was told to send my name and email via WhatsApp and I still haven’t gotten any update yet. This does not speak well for a financial app.
Horrible experience
1. If I choose a fixed income investment, I should be able to withdraw my funds whenever I want (even for a penalty). I do not have to wait till the expiration of the tenor. That is not great service. 2. There should be an option of converting naira to dollars, and investing that, since the value of Naira continues to depreciate. I don’t think this app has the investment flexibility option for a beginner… It’s not ready yet. Plus, whenever you get a review, kindly attend to everyone. Stop responding to only the good ones.

No Investment Option
I didn’t see any investment option on the App. Charging #120 for every transfer is actually high.
Service charge
Why would 120 be deducted for each transfer. That is alot Also there are no investment options yet and all the savings option’s interest not encouraging
