Terrible ordering experience.
Trying to purchase a box of macaroons for my daughter’s birthday. Firstly, not all the images work properly. So you are supposed to be able to click on the selected box and a window opens to select the macaroons. However, several of the images don’t work. I was trying to select a pink box of 32, but every time I clicked on the image it simply added another box to my basket. In the end I had eight boxes in my basket, but was unable to select the flavours. To make matters worse, I was asked to enter a phone number. No explanation what this was for. I assumed that it was notification of collection, so I entered my daughter’s number. Then receive a message to say ‘we have sent a code to you phone’! So she now knows what she’s getting as a birthday gift! I gave up in the end, and didn’t make a purchase.
