Lady Popular: Dress up game

I don’t understand this new update. I love this game but the new things added date they necessary and app is not opening

So I tried opening the game and it’s telling me global_token_expired. I’m unable to play the game because it’s directing me back to my home page and whenever I tried to restart it the same thing pops up repeatedly Please find something to do about this.

Yup it’s me again, seriously the new update you guys made was to increase the number of grids in the map event. 👏🏽 welldone you just made playing the game harder, making us burn more emeralds than our skill upgrade. I definitely wouldn’t be buying diamonds for any event whatsoever until you bring about change and balance to the game.

This is a great fashion game but since the last update last year, the game has been so different from the way I knew it and I’m not as addicted to the game as I used to be. One of the biggest problems are the gems not the emeralds or dollars. The emeralds are easy to get but the gems are so scarce, it wasn’t like that before, and with that, y’all still put gems on clothes and some other stuffs as their prices when y’all know you’ve made it hard for us to get gems. Y’all put exchange gems to dollars instead of exchange dollars to gems, maybe at least “500 or 1000 dollars per one gem” that’s much better because there’s technically no way for getting gems except the two main ways which are the spin and watching videos and how many gems can we get from just watching a video? 1 gem. For the spin? 5 or 10 gems, not as if everybody’s coming online on the game everyday, so we miss a day and the spin starts all over again and we never get our gem again until we unlock the day the gem unlocks. The latest event that is out now “cyberpunk fashion”, it would really really be nice of you guys if you made the lucky dice 3 emeralds not 3 gems anymore. We get emeralds easily than the gems. We can use them for events like this, cause the whole gem stuff really bores me about events and other stuffs. And please put dollars as prices on clothes in shopping mall events again, they’re really important for those who play online not downloaded. So please even if you can’t do exactly as I said, you can improve game by my complaints. Please I’m begging y’all, if no changes, I will leave the game and let people know how bad the game was, so that they don’t have to stress themselves coming here and getting frustrated at the end of the day.

You need to lower the in game prices for events & items or make it easier to earn emeralds & diamonds. Why don’t you listen to your loyal players’ opinions?

I have a problem logging in to my account, I can't log in and I checked that my account has been deleted and I haven't logged in for a very long time. I want you to restore my profile, I'm tired of starting the game from the beginning! in the game it is written 𝒦𝓇𝒾𝓈𝒾 level 21

This game is pay to win. You need to only buy and buy you can’t even have emeralds because the developers only make the game more paid and more paid.
