I love having access to a digital copy of the magazine
Once you pay for a subscription to Ladybug magazine that includes a digital copy, this app allows you to open and read each issue. I have gotten a subscription for Ladybug magazine for both my son and granddaughter. I highly recommend Ladybug magazine.
Great digital version
I think some people have confusion with accessing the digital magazine, I’m not sure but I believe you need a subscription first of all, and then in the confirmation email they say to type in your account number, plus 0’s in front to add up to ten digits long number, for example my account number was 8 digits long so I typed in two 0’s in front for both my username and password and then was able to access my digital issue, as well as back issues..! I think it’s confusing but it does work well once you get in!
Product Not Available for Purchase
There are issues with the way subscription are being handled.
When trying to make an account to be able to view the content on several devices you get multiple error messages, forcing you to purchase a single use option. And customer service is MOST CERTAINLY not helpful. When trying to purchase through the create an account option, I consistently get an error message that the “product does not exist”
It is a shame because the content is superb, but the lousy delivery and customer service will scar the Cricket Media brand permanently.
Unable to access
Been subscribed and they're not allowing access to any past issues. Not going to continue this subscription it's a waste of $$
Rip off
Took $20 but not one issue available.
Terrible customer service!
My father purchased a subscription for my kids, but ever since he bought it a month ago we have not been able to access the magazine online. Misinformation on the phone, and no one responds to emails. It's a great magazine, but seriously, get your act together, Cricket Mag group!
Disappointed
So far it will not download the magazine I paid for. Nor is it easy to figure out how to cancel a subscription. I recommend against this app. Perhaps their customer support will fix my problem. If so, I'll write a new review.
The Worst! DO NOT GET IT!!!!!
I have never written a review in all my years of owning every apple device there is. I am a teacher in NYC public schools and have been buying apps since they began. This is a disgrace! I keep subscribing for the digital issues and there is no way to access them! I can't believe it! I have tried numerous times to get support and NOTHING!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
Total waste of money - not like the old version
Don't waste your money here - if you liked the old version with interactive features, those issues are now gone and the new ones are just PDFs of the current print edition of the magazine. Customer service is zero help.
Frustrating
App is Very difficult to access and download. The print issue are probably easier to access than the digital. Shame because it would make lovely gifts for kids to have. But the publishers need to work on distribution method.
