يا جماعه التطبيق هو الاغبى بالعالم ما شفت اضعف من هيك تطبيق بحياتي سيئ للغايه ولا بيعطيك مجال لتعمل اي شيئ التطبيق 0 ما يتعطى نجمه نصيحه للمطعم الغي التطبيق

تطبيق فاشل ، اكثر من ساعة لاستقبال الطلب ، خدمة عملاء أسوء .. انصحكم تسكروا التطبيق مخرب سمعة المطعم

My order was pending for over an hour for no reason

Worst app. Ever
My order was pending for more than one hour before iftar and then rejected without informing me!! And the restaurant didn’t do anything for my order! طلبت اوردر عن طريق الابليكشن و انتظرت لمدة ساعة حتي بعد الافطار و بعدها تم رفض طلبي بدون علمي و لم يصل الاوردر!! تم التواصل مع المطعم و لكن للاسف لم يستجيبو للشكوي و لم يفعلو شئ!! شي مخزي للاسف

طلبت اوردر ب ٣٦ درهم لانه التطبيق بجبرك تطلب حد ادنى ب ٣٥ درهم و في خصم لانه في عرض على التطبيق اللفاح رنو عليه من المطعم ٠٦٥٢٥٨٩٩٨ قالو انه ما بنفع اقل شي ٥٠ درهم للطلب لاتغلبو حالكم لاتنزلو التطبيق من اول اوردر كنسلو الطلب
