Lagreeing at Home On Demand

This is an amazing app. There are so many on demand workouts to choose from. Live classes are an option if you prefer. You can choose classes by instructor, difficulty, machine, and there are collections. As an example, 2024 New Year’s challenge collection. The instructors give amazing cues and let you know what is coming up well in advance of the next move. They are also very motivating. I highly recommend! So easy to AirPlay it to my big screen TV and it is flawless.

On demand or live classes to choose from. Use filter to find your perfect class, level, duration or instructor! Do your Lagree at home workouts on your own schedule. Favorite feature is the ability to communicate with friends on the app and take an online class together! It’s brilliant! So excited about this new updated app!

Great company. Female-owned and true Lagree experts. The app is user-friendly and it’s easy to choose classes based on length, instructor, areas of body worked, etc. The company owners are very receptive to feedback in ways to improve their online platform and are quick to respond. If you have a Mega, Mini or Micro and haven’t yet tried Lagreeing at Home, I cannot recommend them and their app enough.

I became a LAH member in 2022 and this app/instructors have been a positive game changer. I am enjoying the new 2.0 version as I feel I am in the room with my instructors.
