not sure what the poor reviews are about, was able to pair and adjust my toothbrush's settings with the app easily. it is super ugly though, does it really need to show my name and picture twice on the same page?

The app doesn’t let you personalize your profil unless you connect a new brush. That is when it works. Every time I try to connect it, it shows me two brushes named ”Raz”. When I tap on it it says that the brush isn’t connected while on my phone it is. I can’t delete the brushes too… My language is in French and it doesn’t show the text properly. It goes beyond the box, that’s look like a chinese ripoff. Even if I would want to change it to English I can’t. The app doesn’t let you do anything.
