This new version is much faster than the previous one. Simple design and it works well. Good job city of Lakewood!

When this app was first released it was 100%. Now the drop pin function does not work. It seems to have problems interfacing with the map. It also crashed a couple of times when trying to use attaching a photo.

Very handy app for residents of Lakewood, CA. I've used this app on multiple occasions to report broken street lights, missed trash service, etc. and had prompt responses from the city. Great tool!

I used it to report a code issue in the neighborhood because I kept forgetting to call during the day. It was super easy to use and I had a response within 24 hours.

Within two weeks of making a request to have a tree trimmed they were at my house. Great app!

Downloaded it on a whim, used it to make a complaint about an overgrown bush impeding the sidewalk, got a response, a week later I could use the sidewalk again! Very pleased.

This app could be so much better, as an Apple Developer myself I see so many areas for improvement. The only benefit I see to this app is having the phone number to the city/police, but you could just as easily save that to your contacts.

Love this app. Fast service after using the app. Such a great ideal for the city. Keep up the good work.
