The application LAKO NOVI SAD was purpose-built for smartphones by demand of
the Local Ombudsman in order to help persons with disabilities to use voice commands
and instructions for accessing maps of disability-friendly roads and routes (with records of all existing tactile boards meant for ease of movement of the visually impaired and blind, ramps for ease of access of persons in wheelchairs, as well as accessible pedestrian crossings and possible road obstacles) in the wider city centre of the City of Novi Sad, made of the following streets: Beogradski kej in the east, Bulevar Cara Dusana, Futoska in the south, Bulevar Evrope in the west and Rumenacka in the north.
