Just got my pictures and I’m very dissapointed by the quality. The beautiful colours are gone, and all the photos look like the are covered with a thick layer of fog. Also had to pay customs duty right before delivery, which doubled the price. I haven’t seen any information about customs duty at the point of order. Worth a try, but it was my last order for sure.
I am a frequent customer of Lalalab and have used it for some years but got so disappointed this time. I ordered a XL poster without frame for my son’s birthday, which costs around 18 eur. When the package arrived, the post service sent me an invoice of 30eur for the custom fee, which really surprised me as I have never to pay the custom fee for a Lalalab’s package before, let alone paying double the amount of my order. I immediately contacted the customer support and they said that they will refund the custom fee to me and asked me to get the package home. However after I took the package home and asked them for the refund of the custom fee that I have paid, they never reply to me again. I have contacted customer service 3-4 times already, each time waiting for 3-4 days but they just ignored me. I have paid the money anyway but I am really disappointed, feeling like I am deceived. This is the first time that I have to write a public review for an app like this, but I feel like I need to let others know about this as well.

Veldig fornøyd sist jeg bestilte og gleder meg til bildene kommer denne gangen også. God kvalitet siden bildene er like små som mobilskjermen. Ofte skuffende å printe bilder i vanlig analogfilm-størrelse når oppløsningen med mobilbilder blir dårligere. Så små fine «polaroid-bilder» er et fint supplement til bilder tatt med skikkelig kamera. Og å putte de i album old school er gøy. Flere størrelser og andre minner kan limes inn og skape verdifulle minner.

Jeg bestiller ALT av bilder fra LALALAB.🌸 Jeg er super fornøyd med bildene jeg får, og jeg synes leveringen er helt super også. Jeg har bestilt alt fra små bilder, magneter til det største bildet med ramme. Den ble automatisk levert på dørs av bud👍🏼 Jeg vil absolutt anbefale til alle❤️🥰🌸
